It appears intended to be 双鱼座 (Pisces), however used wrong 于.

鱼 and 于 are homophones.

    双子座　（ふたござ、futagoza）　is the Japanese Expression for the "twins" constellation (gemini)
    A literal translation is 双子(futago)-> twins, 座(za)->seat
    Nevertheless, the font is really badly written.
