    This is more like a 㐬 to me.
    It's an ancient and a rare word.
    I don't even know what it mean.

    Given that the requestor's name is Steffen, I'd say it's 充 (S) from the gibberish font, just like Steven here: http://hanzismatter.blogspot.jp/2016/01/from-steven-h.html
